How do I install hardwood on a concrete floor? - how to install a floor in a boat

The floor is concrete in my apartment and I want to install wood floors.
1 - I want something on the floor before installing the hardwood?
2 - Is there a need for nails, concrete forest?

I want to do the work itself (almost 700 square meters), you need to get hardwood.
