Jason, first things first, you should check with the city and to determine not only whether a permit for it with, but also where. You can be very limited in space, where you can get a permit.
I've been a lot of them off the road to Miramar. Buuut must obtain a permit. Try looking Eastgate Mall Road. Rte Miramar and Eastgate on the left. You better on the guestlist!
